“We welcome the news that Portugal has become the 34th member of the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA), especially when it so closely follows the French National Assembly’s resolution calling for France to adopt the IHRA definition of anti-Semitism.
This represents another victory in the fight against the global resurgence of Jew-hatred. We are encouraged by the progress that has been made, but there is still a long road ahead in this struggle.”
