Arthur Stark, Chairman, and Malcolm Hoenlein, Executive Vice Chairman/CEO of the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations, issued the following statement:
“We are horrified by the despicable act of terrorism which occurred outside of a cancer hospital in Cairo on Monday, killing at least 20 and injuring 47. We condemn extremism in all its forms, and express our condolences and support to President al-Sisi and through him to the Egyptian people. We must stand together to reject such wanton murder and help Egypt stand against these forces of terror.”
